AI questions deserve real answers, not more reading.
Starting this Friday, IT4Causes is launching AI Office Hours — a free weekly virtual session open to our clients and anyone in the nonprofit community who wants to learn more about using AI responsibly and effectively.
Every Friday at 11AM EST, we’ll spend 15 minutes on a focused AI topic — practical stuff like automating repetitive tasks, using AI tools for donor communications, understanding what your data is actually doing, or evaluating new tools before you commit. Then we open it up for 45 minutes of open Q&A. Bring your questions, your confusion, and your half-baked ideas. There are no dumb questions here.
Why we’re doing this
Nonprofits are getting pulled in a hundred directions on AI right now. Vendors are pitching. Boards are asking. Staff are quietly experimenting. And most organizations don’t have a dedicated IT or AI resource to help them sort through it.
We’ve been doing this work with nonprofits for years, and the pattern is always the same: the organizations that move forward confidently are the ones who had someone they could ask. AI Office Hours is our way of being that resource for more people.
No sales pitch. No agenda. Just a standing Friday appointment where you can get a straight answer.
Who should join
If you work at a nonprofit and have ever wondered whether AI could actually help your team — or worried about what could go wrong — this is for you. You don’t need a technical background. You just need to show up.
